Dr. W's Comments: This is a great product for those with hypertension.  Even if you are on blood pressure medication, this can support the health of your blood vessel lining and over time, decrease your need for those medications.  Remember, all medications have side-effects!  The magnesium in this helps the heart work more effectively and with less strain; the hawthorn included is a great herb for nourishing the heart.  Its pomegranate extract as well as its olive leaf and grape seed – and even cranberry – extracts all help the lining of your blood vessels.  It is this thin lining of your blood vessels that is at the heart of healthy cardiovascular health.  This includes, importantly, the blood vessels that are involved in “heart bypass” surgeries.  If you have a tendency to this kind of problem – genetically or from past dietary problems (even if you don’t have blood pressure issues) – this is a great product to take regularly.  And keep this in mind: even if you don’t take this or other supports every day, taking it whenever you do – even if it’s only a couple times a week will give you some benefit!
