Dr. W's Comments: This is a great product for Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It’s taken only at bedtime, so you don’t have that morning IBS problem with your stools. It contains 5 different synergistic ingredients. Two are leading-edge in their extracts, the special curcumin and the boswelia extracts. It also contains ginger which has been shown to lower inflammation as well as quercetin, which is great for all types of inflammation – if you have allergies, this will help as well! It’s a bioflavonoid found in many foods and is great taken regularly. Lastly, there is some melatonin. Melatonin helps normalize the nerves within the ileum and large intestine, in a way that is geared to help IBS.
