There are a variety of pillow that we carry. As with the lower back supports, they come out of Dr. Walsdorf’s 30 years of experience as a holistic chiropractor and structural specialist. Dr. W recommends that you have two or more different pillows – there maybe times you may want to switch on and off of them. Still one good one is better than not having any well-designed neck pillow able to be used on a regular basis.
All our pillows are good for both side or back sleeping. Keep in mind that sleeping on you stomach is not good for your neck. Remember, with your purchase you will get instructions from Dr. Walsdorf on how to use them for best positive effect, as well as some 4 Element Yoga exercises for your neck.
Consider getting a set of three back supports – especially if you do have a lower back problem. Dr. W actually recommends having two or more pillows to use as desired. Simply put, sometimes one feels better than another; choice can be good. The greater point is that many pillows are not very good for you.
