Healthy Feet

Your feet – are such a splendid architectural marvel of Creation.  In terms of 4 Element Thinking, the feet manifest our body’s negative pole, and relate to the bottom pole of Nature – Earth. They’re so incredibly important.  Some of our products and the useful info in this section’s articles give you great ways to ensure that they keep your feet working for you!  Many of our products come from recommendations by Dr. W, who has worked to help the feet of many of his patients over the last three decades.

The Foundation of Healthy Feet

  • There are different principle-driving parts of our feet where we can channel the power of each of the elements into us.
  • As the negative pole of our bodies, the feet play a fundamental role in upholding our lives from below.
  • A healthy lifestyle can depend on the state of your feet; the feet provide insight to your overall body.

Appreciating Your Feet

Dr. W is on a mission to help our human feet work the way the Creator intended. They are at our bottom, striving – often struggling – to keep us standing and moving forward.  The problem today is that we have been neglecting their needs and an appreciation for how they are meant to operate as they get used each day.

As the negative pole of our body, the feet play a fundamental role in permitting our lives to be upheld from below. In a real way, the function of the negative pole is to act as our feet do – being that lowest part which is responsible for upholding all else from below.

The feet are where things just kind of settle, slowly under the weight of life, your activities and the other habits of your day, weeks, years; another angle in viewing and understanding the negative pole is to realize that it is . The fact that the foot truly is the most negative pole of our body might be one of the powers behind foot reflexology.  As you release strains in the feet you are removing the body’s long-term strains that have settled into the foot.

And from both a foot reflexology and 4 Element Yoga perspective, the feet are a microcosm of the whole of the body. Holism shows us (as per the science of holograms) that each piece of the whole contains within itself the same pattern that plays out in the whole.  How much more important is this when that piece we are focused upon is in fact the negative pole of the whole body?

The feet can be thought of as the place where the powerful human pattern gets established, gets its “foothold” into us. 4 Element Thinking tells us that cast in the anatomy and functionality of our feet are a set of spiritual principles that operate in potent and elegant ways – permitting us as humans to stand up and walk, run… With all that said, can you see why it’s worth expanding a bit of effort to engage your feet in a positive way?  Our 4 Element Lifestyle Foot line is here to help you do so.

Consider the value of massaging your feet regularly with an essential oil-lavished foot salve. Or using a good arch support – ours are much better than others you will be tempted to buy elsewhere.  They will help you to walk well – which is what the feet are designed to do.
